We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior eCommerce Executive & Customer Support to support our daily operations and customer experience. This role combines general eCommerce operations duties with eCommerce customer service support, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced or online business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & E-commerce Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
- Able to coordinate responses and constantly keep FAQs updated
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service professionalism.
- Handle and manage reviews on eCommerce platforms
Operations Support
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document control.
- Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service.
- Liaise with logistics partners for deliveries, pickups, and courier arrangements.
- Export data for analysis and draft reports and presentations as needed.
Job Requirements and Desired Skillsets
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- Ability to work Monday – Saturday 5.5 days
- Comfortable and confident to communicate with all types of customers and partners
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong drive to solve customer queries quickly and effectively
- Resourceful and able to find answers and work independently
- Detailed oriented and hands on is a must
